Our Program

NOVICE (LEARN TO SWIM / LEARN TO SYNCHRO)

* Learn and become increasingly more efficient in the 4 major swimming strokes: Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breast Stroke, and Side Stroke.

* Learn fundamental synchronized swimming skills, including flexibility.

* Learn a beginner routine to music.

* Optional participation in 2 local competitions

* Participates in our team water show.

COMPETITIVE 10 & UNDER and 11-12

* Enhance efficiency on the 4 major swimming strokes.

* Learn increasingly more difficult synchronized swimming skills, including flexibility, agility, strengthening and conditioning.

* Learn routines to music.

* Participate in 2 local competitions, and at least 4 additional competitions, plus our team water show.

COMPETITIVE 13 & OVER

* Master and continue to learn all skills mentioned above.  Prior synchronized swimming experience needed.  Please call for more information.

 

Our Team Goals/Vision

 

 Provide instruction at all levels of synchronized swimming and to find a place in our program for all interested and committed participants. 

 

Develop the skill of teamwork and to build team spirit, while instilling team values of commitment, discipline, pride, respect, and self-esteem.

 

Promote the sport of synchronized swimming through competition, publicity, education and community awareness, and to encourage the development of local grassroots team.

 

Instill values of healthy living by focusing on physical strength, endurance, proper nutrition, and the emotional well-being of all swimmers.

 

Challenge each swimmer to perform to her own highest level of ability - physically, mentally and emotionally.
